Listed by Jaime Stearns of Prudential Nevada Realty, this home was well prepared and upgraded. In the end, this floor plan does not have enough square footage for my client's needs. Thank you for allowing us to show and bearing with our schedule, but the layout just didn't plan the space in a way that would work.

This great home is listed by Laura Tuider of Coldwell Banker Village Realty--the Galena Office. The neighborhood rated very well with my out of state buyers who had heard good things about Galena High school. The yard was well sized but the freeway noises seemed loud without trees to sheild the sounds. The space was well appointed and the bonus room was generous. My clients felt that, if they chose to offer on this home, the carpet changes and condition might be an issue as well as the interior paint condition. The home ranked well in relation to other homes that we have seen and is still being considered. Thank you for letting us into your home. We can tell that you have loved living there. Cute baby!
2982 Fox Trail Drive
This home was listed by Byron Smith of Coldwell Banker Plummer and Associates. This home had some oddities. One of the bedrooms was very large and all three of the upstairs bedrooms needed to share one bathroom that only had one sink. A lot of space was dedicated to the bathtub in the master bath. The only other holdback would be that there was no landscaping--front or back. The views were pretty and the downstairs was nice. Thank you for letting us show the home.
